Atmos Warranty and Exchange

This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. 

We are now implementing a 12 month replacement program. Please retain your receipt after purchasing your vaporizer. To be a part of the program, you must register your AtmosRAW™ Vaporizer on our website at AtmosRAW.com. We advise that you register within 7 days of your purchase date. The replacement program applies to the AtmosRAW™ Ceramic Heating Chamber and the AtmosRAW™ Lithium Ion Battery. Under the replacement plan, the battery and charger price will be reduced to only $20 per part to cover shipping, handling and processing fees. 

In the event you need to exchange your AtmosRAW™ battery or charger, simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), place the RMA form and the item(s) to be exchanged in a padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. RMA forms can be obtained by email after you get your RMA number, or calling customer service. 

You may pay for your part by check, debit or credit card, or through PayPal. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. 

All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
